| LeaderShift: Leadership Development & Empowerment Training 
This Leadership Program is designed to train
and empower church leaders and better prepare them to equip the saints.
The job of church leadership is laid out in Ephesians 4:12, where the
apostle Paul explains the role of Christian leaders. This role he
explains to be "the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the
ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ." In order to prepare
the membership church leadership needs to be prepared. The full program is a 12 week intense training program with classes meeting once per week. Students are both taught basic principles of church leadership and empowered to lead. We empower leaders by making them an active and valuable part of their own training experience. Better enabling them to go back ready to hit the ground running. We offer workshops, 2 day seminars, 12 week training sessions and trainer certification.
